My name is Bruce Smith and I started VPOdirect on Black Friday 2019 with two objectives in mind. I wanted vacationers to have a single website where they could go to and book their vacation directly with the property owner and pay no service fee. I wanted for property owners to have a simple platform where they could list their properties and generate bookings. No-sign up levels with different prices or any other such gimmicks for our owner subscribers. In addition, we offer owners other services such as website design, email and Facebook marketing, website security and more.
For me, it's about providing quality products and services and then backing it up with the highest degree of customer support.
It seems that in today's environment good customer service and support is a thing of the past in America. That is why great service and support are extremely important to me and that is why when you come aboard with us you can count on me and my team to be there for you and to provide the support that you deserve.
