About Us
My husband, Bob and I live in northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. Our lives are very hectic so we like to escape to Oceania. We love the water. We wanted to buy a beach condo since we were first married. Our family loves to come to Oceania. We just wish we were closer. Our three sons, their wives, girlfriends and our three grandchildren, all enjoy the beach and the beautiful water. We also love boating, tennis and snow skiing.
We decided to buy our condo at Oceania because of the outstanding view of the Gulf and private beach. We love the squeaky sound when you walk across the sand. It reminds us of walking in snow. The condo is so large and well designed that it gives us a spacious feeling that we have never had in any other condo. The balcony is huge and can hold the whole family with room to spare!
Oceania is located on Holiday Isle which is off the busy highway 98. It is close to everything without the busy traffic and crowds. We enjoy the quiet pool, beach and beautiful landscaping at Oceania. There are so many restaurants nearby that is hard to choose where to go. The many activities include: shopping, mini golf, para sailing and going to Destin harbor to walk around the boats or go on a sunset cruise. I think my blood pressure drops by 20 points when I am in Oceania.
