  • How will you compete with companies like VRBO and Airbnb?

    We don't have to compete with the big boys, we just need to get a fraction of the traffic that these companies get for you to have success. These big sites are saturated and you'll get a lot more inquiries and bookings competing against just a few thousand listings versus competing against hundreds of thousands of other properties on sites like VRBO and Airbnb.

  • So how does your service work?

    We use targeted email and social media to drive vacationers to our website. They then find your property listing, click on your link and that takes them directly to your website where they inquire and book with you directly. 

  • Do I have to have a website in order to use your service?

    Yes, a personal property website is required as we will not link to your VRBO or any other listing type service. 


  • What if I don't have a website?

    We can build a website for you for a very reasonable fee as part of one of our packages.

  • Is there an approval process?

    Yes, we will review your website to make sure that there is a fit in regards to what you have and what we are trying to offer. We will not allow sloppy and outdated websites.

  • Can I purchase a listing and link to VRBO or another listing I have?

    No, we will not link to your listing on VRBO or any other listing site. You are required to have your own website for your property or properties to be listed on our website.

  • What's the price?

  • Will there be different price levels?

    No, there will be NO tiers or packages where someone who purchases the top tier plan gets more exposure than someone on a lower tier plan. Everyone will pay the same annual fee!

  • What about so many rentals in one particular area, will mine get lost?

    If you go to your VRBO app on your phone and select a certain area, you will be able to see how many properties are available for rent in that area. For example, if you pull up Destin, FL you will get 11,000 plus properties for rent. We will only allow 1.5% of an area's total properties to be listed on our website. So for Destin, using the 1.5% figure we would only list a total of 165 rentals on our website for that entire area. That same 1.5% would apply to any area where we have properties listed.
