  • Will I have access to my website?

    Yes, if you request you will be provided with login access to your website.

  • How do I make changes to my website?

    Most of our clients will just forward any changes they need to make to us and we are usually able to complete them with 24 hours, but you can always go in and make changes and updates yourself.

  • How long does it take for changes and updates to my website?

    Normally we can have your website updated within 24 hours, but always be prepared to allow 3 to 4 days. We will let you know upfront upon receiving your request.

  • How long will it take to complete my website?

    It would depend on the size and complexity of your website and how long it will take you to get us what will be needed from you to complete your project, but normally it will be less than a week.


  • Are there any ongoing monthly or annual fees?

    Depending on the complexity of your website there is a non-refundable annual fee that ranges anywhere from $195 to $345 and covers your website hosting and maintenance as well as your domain if you have a domain with us. The fee is due every year in October and you will be emailed an invoice.

  • What is included in the annual hosting and maintenance fee?

    Of course there is the fee for hosting your website and the fee would also include any changes or updates to your website for the calendar year as part of your maintenance
