Here is what's included in E-mail plus E-mail Management

What's Included:

Online E-mail Manager 

We set up your online e-mail manager where everything happens and provide you with complete login access.


Create Your E-mail List 

All you need is the e-mail address but if you want to personalize your campaigns then you can include more information such as first and last name. 


Upload Your E-mail Information 

All we need is your e-mail information in a column format such as Excel. We can also provide you with upload instructions if you choose to upload your e-mails yourself.


Create Your E-mail Template 

You don't want to send a generic-looking e-mail so we create a professional template for you that best showcases your property rental(s) and what all you have to offer. For branding purposes we will create your template to match up with your website and other marketing tools.


Send Out Your First E-mail Campaign 

We will set up and send out your first e-mail campaign for you. 


What's Included:

12 Monthly Campaigns 

We will send out one campaign a month for you. You will receive an email reminder and all you will need to do is provide us with your e-mail message. If you're busy and just don't have the time then let us know and we will take it and run with it. Remember, it's not the message that matters, it's all about keeping your name and property in front of your guests on a consistent basis.


Anytime E-mails 

You will also get 4 anytime e-mail campaigns that you can send anytime you choose. For example, if you received a cancellation you can use one of your Anytime Campaigns to send out an email to try and get those dates re-booked. You can use it anytime for any reason. If you don't use them all they will carry over to the next year if you renew your e-mail management for another year. 


Holiday Strategy 

With the holiday strategy, we will send out an email campaign sometime between the first and second week of November and then schedule another one to go out on Thanksgiving Day. It’s a great time because families are together, and people are relaxed and there’s no better time to discuss vacation plans and your timely email can be a great conversation starter. Then we do the same thing for Christmas. An email in early December and another email on Christmas day!


Website E-mail Capture Form 

 We will also add an email capture form to your website that will encourage potential guests to provide you with their names and email so that you can continue to grow your email list. It can be a stationary or a popup form.
