We operate a 300 acre farm in southern Ohio. We are near Serpent Mound. Our farm is called Mound View Farms and has been in the family for over 100 years. We have our own water, firewood, beef, milk, eggs, honey, fruit, pork and a very large garden.

We raise all the feed for our livestock organically. We run around 50 beef cattle, we have some horses and some Jersey milk cows for milk, cheese, and butter. We can, freeze and store about 90% of what we eat. We have a weekend vacation home that we rent out to people mostly from the city. Our son and daughter live on the farm, as well as their children. We truly enjoy the life we live.
