House, 3 Bedrooms 2 Baths (Sleeps 14)

The Sandbox is a three bedroom, two bathroom, beach house on the Gulf of Mexico. Two of the bedrooms have two full size beds each. One bedroom has a queen size bed. There is one sofa beds in the Living room. The Sandbox can sleep 10 easily, but can accommodate up to 12 people. The Sun room leads out to a huge patio area, overlooking the Gulf, with private steps directly to the beach. The patio area has plenty of seating, picnic table, bench swing, and grill. There is an outside shower to wash sand off after a walk on the beach, or a swim in the Gulf. The area is fenced at the street and sides for your privacy. The Sandbox is a smoke-free indoor environment. Please smoke outdoors and responsibly discard cigarettes. We cater to family groups only and have a minimum age requirement. We do not rent to high school or college groups.

Small pets are allowed with permission and additional fee, but are not allowed on the beach. Also NO GLASS CONTAINERS on the beach. Sheets, pillows, pillowcases, bedspreads are provided. Please provide your own towels and washcloths.

The house has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. There are three televisions with cable TV and DVD players. Internet service is provided. The refundable reservation/damage deposit to hold and confirm your reservation. Full payment is due within 4 weeks of your rental date. A check or credit card will be accepted as payment, along with a copy of your picture identification. Your deposit will be held and returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the beach house, after your rental visit. If damage or loss has occurred, the amount of repair will be deducted from your deposit.

*A non-refundable deposit will occur if cancelled less than 8 weeks of your rental reservation start date. If your reservation can be re-booked your deposit will be refunded.
