Great for Calendar Gaps

I use the E-mail system to fill in the gaps in our rental calendar. If we have a cancellation or an available week that is a month out or so, then I will focus my emails on these dates, and it has worked extremely well for me.   • Q: Why do I need this when I can just send an email through my email provider?

    You can do a generic looking email, but it's really not very professional looking. A vacation rental is visual so you want to really showcase what you have to offer and you can't do that with just a regular email. See example

  • Q: Besides the initial cost of setting everything up are there any additional fees?

    The only additional cost would the $395 a year if you choose to renew your E-mail Management program but the system is yours for life at no additional charge. If you do not wish to purchase the E-mail Management Program but would like for us to prepare and send out an email campaign then the cost would be $95 per email campaign sent.

  • Q: Will I have access to my E-mail manager account?

    Once everything is set up, you will have complete login access to your account? It's a website E-mail manager so you can login, set up and run campaigns, and even change your login information. The system is yours for life.

  • Q: Is it easy to use the E-mail Manager Software?

    There is a little bit of a learning curve but once everything is set up then it's very simple to use. If you don't have time then you might want to consider our E-mail Management program,


  • Q: So how does the E-mail Management program work?

    You don't have to do anything, we send all of your email campaigns throughout the year for you. You can provide us with your monthly email message or we can take it and run with it for you.
