Booking Instructions

Booking requirements:

$500 booking deposit within 7 days 

50% of balance due at 60 days prior to check in

Balance due at 30 days prior to check in

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund on cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival

50% refund on cancellations between 30 and 60 days of arrival

No refund on cancellations within 30 days of arrival *

*Exceptions granted for mandatory hurricane evacuations and beach closures or rental moratoriums from COVID during booked dates, in which cases 100% refunds will be issued prior to arrival or 

prorated refunds based on rental period remaining. Cleaning/Admin fee would not be returned.

Fees and Taxes

$250 cleaning/admin fee 

12% tax
