This lovely condo features 2 King Master Suites with direct beach views and access to large balcony. Both bedrooms have en suite baths. The living area features a direct beach view with balcony access, and a new LG 65" HDTV. Bedroom #1 has balcony access and 50" HDTV. Bedroom #2 has a 42" HDTV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a small laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Complimentary beach setup (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) is included with rental from March 1 through October 31, and additional setups are available for rent if desired. The luxurious Silver Beach Towers complex features special security features such as gated parking garage and fob secured building access. Rental includes 1 designated parking spot in garage and additional parking in the parking lot. There are two pools, one of which is seasonally heated. The complex features gorgeous landscaping and a tennis court, with a traffic light right at the entrance. Though in the heart of Destin, once you enter the complex you feel like you have entered a luxurious, quiet and serene oasis.
